Diary of a voyage from Melbourne to England on board Argo, with specimens of Victorian gold for the Paris Exhibition of 1855, 9 January-14 March 1855, and two newspaper cuttings re the diary. The diary is anonymous, but the writer was probably Edward Bell, born 10 march 1813, secretary and chief clerk for the district of Port Phillip and Special Comissioner for the Paris Exhibition, 1855.
